The 2016 Fifa ten-man shortlist for best coaches in the world is nothing short of a big surprise with premiership big names Arsene Wenger and Jose Mourinho found wanting.
One of the appalling names to make the list is Chris Coleman who led Wales to the semifinals of Euro 2016.
