Los Blancos have beaten off competition from Laliga rivals Barcelona to sign 18-year-old midfielder Arda Guler from Fenerbahce.


The Teenager had a €17.5 million release clause and Real Madrid beat Barcelona to sign the young sensation who has attracted interest from clubs around Europe.


The midfielder has signed a contract that will keep him at the Bernabeu for six years.


Guler made 35 appearances for Fenerbahce last season scoring six goals and providing 7 assists.


The teenager would be facing a lot of competition in the Real Madrid midfield such as Jude Bellingham, Eduardo Camavinga, Aurelien Tchouameni and top players like Toni Kroos and Luka Modric.


Arda Guler provided an assist on his Super Lig debut and became his club's youngest ever league goalscorer when he netted in a 5-2 win at Alanyaspor on 13 March 2022.
